Why are they in charge?
President is in charge to control the military and the country, 1/5 of the population is in charge to make a better decision and the top 5 in charge to make a quick decision if there an emergency.
How are they selected?
President: Vote by citizen.
1/5 of the population: The most creative, smartest and positive people will be selected by the government.
Top 5: Smartest and richest people.
How are decisions made and laws passed?
Citizen write different law that they see fit in the country laws and give to the 1/5 of the population to vote for the bill to become a law. If they don't have 50% of the vote it will be gone. But if it have more than 50% of the vote, it will send to the top 5 to fix the bill or all 5 people agree and give to the president to make it a law or veto it and send back to the citizen to fix it or just give up that law.
Why are decision made this way?
Decision made like this to make sure that it will never cause a problem and the whole system will broke and turn into chaos.
I think that you guys need to explain a little more in the "why are they in charge" part and the "how are they selected part". I think that you guys can change it to make it look more interesting. Maybe put a video or pictures with captions under it instead of just text.
ReplyDeleteSo the top 5 doesn't do anything at all unless there's an emergency? And how do you determine the top 5 smartest and richest? It's kind of hard to know someone's real smartness. Also I disagree that you have to be rich, some people are smart and poor. Also problems can be cause if 51% win a vote and 49% lose where the 49% will revolt.
